Born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida, she built a career defined by discipline, advanced training, and a genuine love for what she does. As a prosthodontist-trained general dentist, she brings a level of precision and artistry to her work that most patients have never experienced before, and she opened Dental Arts of Smyrna to bring that level of care to families across Smyrna, Georgia, and Cobb County.
A Dedication to the Art and Science of Dentistry
Dr. Eady’s path to dentistry was shaped by one simple belief—that a smile should be both healthy and beautiful. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Spelman College in 2007, where she also had the opportunity to study abroad at the University of Sussex in Brighton, England. She then spent eight years in Boston, Massachusetts, completing her dental degree at Tufts University School of Dentistry in 2011 and going on to earn an Advanced Certificate in Prosthodontics from Tufts in 2014.
The extra years of specialty training in prosthodontics (the branch of dentistry focused on restoring and replacing teeth), gives Dr. Eady a distinct edge when it comes to complex cases. Whether that means a full-mouth reconstruction, a set of porcelain veneers, or a challenging implant restoration, she approaches every case with a plan.
Experience That Translates to Confident Care
Before opening Dental Arts of Smyrna, Dr. Eady spent over a decade serving patients in DeKalb County through her first practice, Progressive Dental Group, where she transitioned from associate to owner in 2018. That experience gave her a deep understanding of what patients need, not just clinically, but in terms of communication, comfort, and trust.
She completes over 50 hours of continuing education every year, staying current with advancements in digital technology, restorative materials, and treatment planning. A Commitment to the Smyrna Community
Dr. Eady is a member of the American College of Prosthodontists, American Dental Association, National Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, Georgia Dental Society, Hinman Dental Society, and the North Georgia Dental Society. Beyond the office, she is actively involved with Lift Up Atlanta, helping coordinate Christmas gift donations for underprivileged children across the Atlanta metro area.
When she is not in the practice, Dr. Eady enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, playing golf, and mentoring new dentists entering the profession. In recent years, she has also focused her energy on her personal debt-free journey and sharing financial literacy resources with fellow health professionals, a passion she carries with the same intentionality she brings to her clinical work. And yes, she is also an excellent roller skater.
